本我·自我·超我——《简·爱》中的人物形象分析

摘　　要：许多读者在理解简·爱的独特个性时,往往忽略了两个重要的人物:海伦·彭斯和伯莎·梅森。文章通过分析她们各自的性格特征以及和简.爱的相互关系,指出伯莎·梅森、简·爱、海伦·彭斯分别作为同一人物的本我、自我和超我而存在。海伦?彭斯是超我的化身;伯莎.梅森作为本我,代简行动,是简的心理障碍的外化。While understanding Jane’s unique character,many readers ignore two important characters： Helen Burns and Bertha Mason.Through analyzing their characteristics and their relationship with Jane,the paper points out that Bertha Mason,Jane Eyre and Helen Burns serve as one’s id,ego and superego respectively.Helen is the representative of superego,while Bertha,as the representative of id,acts for Jane and serves as Jane’s psychological barrier.
