摘　　要：检察工作考评是检察管理的一项重要内容。本文在肯定其对检察工作发展的正面、积极作用的同时,从如何构建更加科学、合理、完备的统一分类考评机制出发,提出了应当深化的几点认识、衡量的几个具体标准,以及考评工作流程中应当关注的几大重点要素。The evaluation of procuratorial work is an important part of procuratorial management.This paper affirmed its positive and active role in the development of prosecutorial work,from how to build a more scientific,reasonable and complete evaluation mechanism,to put forward some knowledge should be deepened,a number of specific standards to be measured,and several key elements should be concerned in the evaluation workflow.
