论和谐社会背景下新生代农民工和谐稳定劳动关系的建立

摘　　要：和谐社会是我国社会建设的重要目标。新生代农民工是我国社会一个比较特殊而又庞大的群体,与老一代农民工相比,他们具有文化程度较高、就业观念转变、生活方式差异化的特点。目前,新生代农民工的劳动关系存在一些不稳定的因素,如人员流动大、工资待遇低、劳动安全卫生保障差、休息休假不能保障等。改善其劳动现状的重要路径是建立和谐稳定的劳动关系,具体应该从建立稳定的劳动关系、提高工资待遇、优化工作环境、改善生活环境等方面努力,以促使新生代农民工和谐稳定劳动关系的建立。Building a harmonious society is an important goal of China.Migrant workers of the new generation are a large special group in China.The new generation are different from their fathers in that they have more access to higher education and their concept of employment and lifestyle have changed.However,some unstable factors are found in their labor relations such as high migrating rate,low wages,poor occupational security and health protection,etc.To improve all these,it is important to build harmonious and stable labor relations.Specifically,stable labor relations should be established,wages increased,working environment improved,and the living environment bettered.
