摘　　要：国外信息产业立法已日臻完善,文章通过研究这些国家的最新立法成果,为我国信息产业化立法提供研究和借鉴的实践经验,从而促进我国信息产业化立法的正常快速发展。The developed countries such as Europe,the United States,Japan and etc.have built their improving information industry legislation.By studying the results of recent legislation in these countries,the paper provides research and practical experience for China＇s legislation of information industry.Thus,we could develop our legislation of information industry normally.
