摘 要:本文研究固液界面对单晶连铸表面质量的影响,结果表明,形成中心向液体中凸出形状的固液界面,且保证铸锭表面在离开铸型之后自由凝团是获得高的表面质量的必要条件铸锭中心凝固点与铸型出口的最大距离,取决于固液界面张力及液体的密度.单晶铝铸锭表面凝固点与铸型出口的最大距离应控制在2mm范围内,这一分析结果与试验结果吻合很好.The efFect of L/S interface on surface quality of CCSC was studied. The results indicate that forming a convex L/S interface is prerequisite to high surface quality. The center of ingot must solidify earlier than its surface, and the sudece of ingot must freely solidify outside the mold. The maximum interval of the center of L/S intedece to the outlet of mold can be expressed as Lo = 4a..' (3pgr)-1. L0 is influenced by the L/S interface tension and the density of liquid metal. Theoretical analysis indicates that the distance of the solidifying position of the surface of a 4 mm in diameter aluminum ingot to the outlet of mold must be controlled to less than 2 mm. This result coincides with the experimental results very well.
