摘 要:目的比较镜检法与全自动法检测网织红细胞(Ret)结果的准确性。方法针对不同部位采血的标本(末梢血或静脉血)和不同前处理的标本分别采用镜检法和全自动法作Ret计数。结果不同处理标本Ret检测结果比较:不抗凝静脉血(0.921±0.402)%,乙二胺四乙酸二钾(EDTA-K2)抗凝静脉血(1.022±0.399)%,两者差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);不同部位采血的标本Ret检测结果比较:不抗凝静脉血为(1.262±0.519)%,不抗凝末梢血为(1.159±0.481)%,两者差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);EDTA-K2抗凝静脉血为(1.371±0.399)%,EDTA-K2抗凝末梢血为(1.342±0.500)%,两者差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);不同方法检测Ret的结果比较:全自动法为(1.326±0.461)%,镜检法为(1.386±0.418)%,两者差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对于健康正常人,规范化Ret计数结果不受抗凝剂的使用、不同部位采血及检测方法的影响。Objective To compare the accuracy of microscope test and automatic test of reticulocyte(Ret) count.Methods The microscope test and automatic test were used to count Ret,and the samples were collected from different resources(capillary blood or venous blood)or were treated differently before being tested.Results As the sample being treated differently,the values of Ret count were(0.921±0.402)% in the venous blood without anticoagulant and(1.022±0.399)% in the venous blood with dipotassium ethylenediamine tetraacetic acid(EDTA-K2),and there was no significant difference in Ret count between anticoagulant blood and no anticoagulant blood(P0.05).As the sample from different resources,the values of Ret count were(1.262±0.519)% in the venous blood without anticoagulant,(1.159±0.481)% in the capillary blood without anticoagulant,(1.371±0.399)% in the venous blood with EDTA-K2 and(1.342±0.500)% in the capillary blood with EDTA-K2,and there was no significant difference in Ret count between venous blood and capillary blood(P0.05).As using different methods to test the samples,the Ret count results were(1.326±0.461)% by automatic test and(1.386±0.418)% by microscope test,and there was no significant difference in Ret count between microscope test and automatic test(P0.05).Conclusions For healthy people,the anticoagulant,sample resource and determination method will not influence on the Ret count result.
