摘　　要：为改进粗酚精制装置系统在线监测和控制的性能,实现系统集中监测与控制,提出了基于PLC和组态软件的粗酚精制在线监控系统方案,实现了多点温度、压力和液位信号的测量与控制,并将模糊PID算法应用到双塔流程中的温度控制中,实现了精馏釜和精馏塔温度的精确控制,从而提高了产品质量。To improve the performances of online monitoring and control and achieve central the refined crude phenol device system, a online monitoring system scheme based on PLC and co monitor and control in nfiguration software is presented in the paper. The system can measure and control temperature, pressure and liquid level signals of multi- point. Fuzzy PID algorithm is used in the temperature control of twin-tower process to achieve precise temperature control in the rectifying still and tower, thereby the quality of products is improved and the function of multi-point measurement and central monitoring and intelligent control are achieved.
