摘 要:以7 500 t超大型浮式起重机为研究对象,建立了不同工况组合下的浮式起重机金属结构的三维有限元模型,进行了不同臂架幅度和不同约束条件下的模态分析,提取了前几阶模态的振型。研究结果表明,浮吊金属结构的固有频率和振型受臂架幅度和约束条件变化的影响不大,为特大型起重机等工程机械的设计开发提供了重要参考。This paper presented a modal analysis of the structure of a 7500 t su finite element models for different load combinations were established. The modes of th per-huge floating erane, and the e floating crane were analyzed in case of different luffings and different constraints, and the first several modal properties were obtained, the relationships between inherent frequency and luffing, as well as constraints, were also investigated. The results reveal that the changes of the constraint and luffing integrants have little effect on the modes of the system, which will provide significant guidance for the development of super-huge floating crane or other large construction machinery designs.
