摘　　要：随着经济发展和城市化进程的加快,数量庞大的外来务工人员逐渐成为城市发展不可或缺的生力军。但由于外来务工人员学历低、技能水平低、高技能培训基础薄弱,已不能满足产业结构转型升级对人才素质提出的新需求。本文建议将高职院校的师资、硬件和产研优势引入外来务工人员就业技能培养体系中,通过政府、高职院校与企业的三方联合提升外来务工人员就业技能,推动区域经济协调发展。With the development of the regional economy and the acceleration of the urbanization process in Wenzhou,a large number of migrant workers have become an indispensable new driving force for the city＇s development. However,the migrant workers have the characteristics of poor education background,low technical ability and the weak foundation of high-level technical training at present,which can not meet the new demand of industrial structure transition and upgrade for talents. This article cuts from how to innovate the migrant workers＇ employment skills training,introduces the teaching force in higher vocational colleges,equipment and the advantages in production and research into the training system of migrant workers to realize the joint work of the government,higher vocational colleges and enterprises,and to improve the employment skills of migrant workers and promote the harmonious development of the regional economy.
