摘　　要：目前我国很多大学实施的创业教育,虽然可以帮助学生形成一定的创业意向、动机或能力,但无法改变大学生创业率低、成功率低的局面,也难以解决大学生的就业问题。本文认为有必要建立更为充分的市场竞争体系,同时,大学也要承担应有的职责。Entrepreneurship education,implemented in many China colleges now,can enable college students to have a certain entrepreneurial intention,motivation or ability,but it can not change low rate of entrepreneurship and success. It can＇t solve the employment problems of college students,neither. The solution is to establish a more adequate system of market competition so that private enterprises and state -owned enterprises could start a fair and free competition in the economic field as much as possible.
