三步法在内科护理中的应用分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨三步法在内科护理中的应用方法与效果。方法:对本院收治的66例心内科疾病患者进行分组,对照组33例进行常规护理,治疗组33例在此基础上应用三步法护理程序进行护理。结果:治疗组的住院时间、住院费用明显少于对照组(P均<0.05)。治疗组的满意率明显高于对照组(P>0.05)。两组都没有发生恶心、呕吐、口腔炎等严重并发症,两组相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:对心血管疾病患者采用积极的治疗和三步法护理,能够改善患者的临床症状,延长患者生命,值得临床推广。Objective：To investigate the three-step method in internal medicine nursing care methods and results.Methods：66 patients in our hospital patients with heart disease,medical groups,control group 33 cases of routine care,treatment group,33 cases based on the application of this three-step nursing procedures.Results：The treatment group length of stay,hospital costed significantly less than the control group （P〈0.05）.Treatment group was significantly higher satisfaction （P〉0.05）.Two groups did not happen,nausea,vomiting,stomatitis and other serious complications,the two groups showed no significant difference （P〉0.05）.Conclusion：Patients with aggressive treatment of cardiovascular disease and three-step care,can improve symptoms and prolong life,and is worthy of promotion.
