摘　　要：提出了一种微型成形放大器和门积分器，简要介绍电路结构与电路设计，工作原理及技术指标。该电路主要用于半导体探测器、正比计数器、闪烁探测器等仪器输出信号的放大、成形和多道脉冲幅度分析器等仪器的采样、保持电路的分析与研究。该仪器以其结构简单，集成度高，低功耗为主要特点，主要用于航天、高密度多路放大器和便携式放大器等仪器，整个仪器的功耗为１．２Ｗ。A miniature shaping amplifier and gate integrator as well as its applications,operation principle,circuit structure and circuit design are introduced in this paper.Tis amplifier is mainly used in the amplification and samling for semiconductor detector,proportoinal counter and scintillation detector and in the analysis and study of sample and hold cicuits in multichannel pulse amplitude analyzer,etc.
