逍遥篓贝胶囊治疗乳腺增生病临床研究

摘　　要：目的：观察逍遥蒌贝胶囊治疗乳腺增生病的临床疗效。方法：乳腺增生病患者107例。随机分为治疗组（54）和对照组（53）。治疗组采用逍遥蒌贝胶囊，对照组采用乳癖散结胶囊。共观察三个疗程。结果：疗效观察：①治疗组与对照组有效率比较有显著性差异（P〈0．001）；②治疗组与对照组乳房疼痛，乳房肿块硬度治疗效果及伴随症状改善情况比较有显著性差异（P〈0．05，P〈0．05，P〈0．05）；③治疗组与对照组乳房肿块大小及范围治疗效果比较无显著性差异（P〉0．05，P〉0．05）。结论：经临床验证，逍遥娄贝胶囊对乳腺增生病疗效显著。Objective： To observe the clinical effect of treating hyperplasia ofgalactophore with Xiaoyao Loubei capsule. Methods： 107 patients with hyperplasia of galactophore were randomly divided into treatment group （54 cases） and control group （53 cases）. Treatment group took Xiaoyao Loubei capsul, control group took Rupi Sanjie capsule. To observe the 3 treatment. Results： （1）Treatment group and control group has a significant defference （P〈0.001）; （2）Treatment group and control group of effective of breast pain, hardness of breast lumps was a significant defference （P〈0.05, P〈0.05, P〈0.05）; （3）Treatment group and control group effective of the size of breast lumps and range hasn＇t a significant defference （P〉0.05, P〉0.05）. Conclusion： Treating hyperplasia of galactophore with Xiaoyao Loubei capsul has a good effect.
