运用五运六气理论简析2009年甲型H1N1流感发病及临床治疗

摘　　要：目的：用五运六气理论阐述09甲型H1N1流感病的证候特点，在病机上应以“湿”为重点。提出了甲型H1N1流感疫病的中医治疗原则和治疗方案，观察中药治疗甲型流感的临床疗效。方法：收集2009年4月至12月我院内科门诊流感发热病人68例，给予中药饮片治疗，观察患者退热时间，流感样症状消失时间和平均治疗时间。结果：24小时退热达12．8％，48小时退热为40％，72小时退热为36．2％，96小时退热为11％，平均流感样症状消失时间为3．43天。结论：中药治疗甲型流感疗效确切且退热快，对改善患者的流感样症状有明显疗效，安全性好，疗程短。Objective： To explain the character of H1N1 influenza pandemic phenomena in 2009 through the theory ofWuyun Liuqi, and make wet be the point of pathogenesis. H1N1 influenza epidemics put forward therapeutic principle and regimen; observe related clinical curative effect after traditional chinese medicine. Methods： To collet medical clinic patients with fever 68 cases of influenza during the period from April to November in my hospital, administered chinese medicine decoction pieces. Patients and those flu-like symptoms of fever disappeared time and average period of treatment were observed.Results： Ratios on 24, 48, 72 and 96 hours repelling fever are 12.8%, 40%, 36.2% and 11% respectively. Average time of flu-like symptoms disappeared is 3.43 days. Conclusion： Traditional chinese medicine has good effects on the treatment of influenza, and has obvious curative effect on improvement of flu-like symptoms safely and quickly.
