摘 要:研究了环氧富锌涂层—环氧沥青粘结层—环氧沥青混凝土铺装体系在锌涂层腐蚀情况下界面应变与车轮载荷关系,采用Datataker应变采集仪在动载荷和静载荷作用下的钢板与沥青混凝土铺装层界面应变变化特征。结果表明:静载荷作用下界面应变大于对应铺装层位置的应变;在腐蚀区加载和腐蚀区相邻位置加载,使腐蚀区界面应变与其边缘应变发生逆转。往复动载荷0.7 MPa作用下界面应变增加2/3以上。超载的动载荷下界面应变明显增大;腐蚀区以上的沥青混凝土铺装层产生明显的应变。The relationship between interface strain and load of zinc-rich epoxy paints-epoxy asphalt coating-epoxy asphalt concrete pavement with the zinc coating corrosion is investigated in the paper, the property of strain between steel deck and asphalt pavement under dynamic load & static load is obtained by Datataker Strain Acquisition Instrument. The result shows that: the interface strain is bigger than pavement strain at the same place by the static load. The inter strain of corrosion area will reverse with edge strain of corrosion area by the diffrent load on corrosion area and edga area. The interface strain will raise to 2/3 by reciprocating dynamic load 0.7 MPa, and the interface strain will increase obviously by dynamic overload, the pavement on the corrosion area-will produce obviously strain.
