经伤椎椎弓根钉固定治疗胸腰椎爆裂性骨折33例分析

摘　　要：目的探讨经伤椎椎弓根钉固定治疗胸腰椎爆裂性骨折的临床疗效。方法经伤椎椎弓根钉固定治疗33例胸腰椎单节段爆裂骨折患者。结果骨折椎体均愈合,时间3～6个月,术后伤椎高度较术前得到明显恢复,后凸畸形角度明显改善,生理弧度恢复。结论采用经伤椎椎弓根螺钉短节段固定是维持胸腰椎爆裂性骨折复位的有效方法。Objective To investigate the cinical outcome of short-segment fixation of thoracolumbar burst fractures using pedicle fixation at the level of the fracture.Methods 33 single thoracolumbar burst fractures were reduced and fixed by using pedicle fixation at the level of the fracture.Results Bony union was observed in the all fractures after 3-6 months.The height of vertebrae was recovered,and the kyphosis angle and anterior column restoration were achieved.Conclusions It is effective method to deal with the thoracolumbar burst fractures with short-segment fixation using pedicle fixation at the level of the fracture,which can help to correct the kyphosis and maintain the reduction.
