摘　　要：大姚‘三台’核桃品种长寿高产,是果油兼优的优良品种,被评为云南省第二大优良品种,是云南省大力推广和内销外贸的优良品种之一,适宜在云南省滇中、滇西、滇西南、滇南北部、海拔1600～2200m的地区栽培。该品种坚果长圆形,纵径3.84cm、横径3.35cm、侧径2.92cm,核仁充实饱满,出仁率50.6%左右,脂肪质量分数为71.3%,蛋白质质量分数为14.7%,味香微涩,果实成熟期9月下旬,具有果个大、坚果品质优、丰产等特点。Dode ＇Santai＇in Dayao is one of longeval peaches with high fruit and oil yields and it is cost-effective and second best variety in Yunnan. It is promoted in foreign and domestic markets. It is suitable for planting at the altitude of 1600-2200m. The nut is 3.84cm in vertical diameter and 3.35 cm in horizontal diameter and 2.92cm in side diameter. The average fruit mass is 10.5g. Its shell is smooth. Shell thickness is about 1.0mm. Endoplasm of nut shells is mostly degradated. The kernel rate is 50.6%; the total kernel fat content is 71.3% and total kernel protein content is 14.7%. The nut matures in late August. Due to late bud break it could avoid the late frost damage. The trees are precocious and high cropping.
