摘 要:采用原子转移自由基聚合法在纳米SiO_2粒子表面上接枝了聚苯乙烯(PS)(SiO_2-g-PS),并研究其对高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)应力-应变行为的影响。透射电子显微镜及力学性能测试结果表明:所制备的纳米SiO_2-g-PS复合粒子在HDPE中分散均匀;HDPE/SiO_2-g-PS复合材料的拉伸断裂应变及断裂能均明显高于纯HDPE及HDPE/SiO_2复合材料;加入相容剂苯乙烯-乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物后,纳米SiO_2-g-PS复合粒子在HDPE中分散更均匀,HDPE/SiO_2-g-PS复合材料的拉伸断裂应变及断裂能进一步提高。The authors adopted the surface-initiated atom transfer radical polymerization(ATRP) process to graft polystyrene(PS) onto the surface of nano-silica(SiO2) and studied the effect of the resultant SiO2-g-PS on the stress-strain behaviors of high density polyethylene(HDPE). The analytical results of transmission electron microscope(TEM) and mechanical property measurements show that SiO2-g-PS nano-composite particles disperse homogeneously in HDPE matrix. Consequently, the tensile strain at break and the energy at break of HDPE/ SiO2-g-PS composites are superior to those of pure HDPE and HDPE/SiO2 composites remarkably. With the help of compatibilizer, styrene-ethylene-hutadiene-styrene block copolymer, SiO2-g-PS nano-composite particles disperse in the matrix even more uniformly, and the tensile strain at break and the energy at break of the composites improve further.
