摘　　要：目的：了解未婚人工流产女青年的性行为、避孕态度及妊娠原因。方法：采用匿名自填问卷对438名自愿要求人工流产的未婚女青年进行调查。结果：被调查者首次性行为开始于1631岁,平均20.62岁;首次妊娠年龄平均21.71岁;62.18%为第一次人流。对婚前性行为认同的占83.2%;性行为由男女双方共同决定的占66.37%。有70.17%认为人工流产对人体危害大,影响小、没影响及未考虑的占29.83%。本次妊娠原因未避孕的占31.51%、安全期20.78%、体外排精14.84%、服紧急避孕药无效19.63%、避孕套破裂2.28%、忘服避孕药10.96%。每次性行为都采取避孕措施的占25.34%,偶尔采取避孕措施占60.50%,从未采取避孕措施14.16%;〈20岁年龄组在性行为时的防范及自我保护意识明显不足;避孕知识主要来源于杂志、同学、朋友、网络、学校。结论：急需对青少年开展性道德教育,进行性观念、避孕知识、预防艾滋病及性病教育,提高对性传播疾病及意外妊娠人流风险的认识,减少和推迟婚前性行为,降低未婚人工流产发生率。Objective：To study the sexual behavior,the attitude on contraception and the reasons of pregnancy in Nanning.Methods：An anonymous self-questionnaire survey was conducted on 438 unmarried young women requesting artificial abortion.Results：The respondents’ average age of having the first sexual activity was 20.62 years（16～31 years old）.The average age of the first pregnancy was 21.71 years.The respondents at the first time of abortions were 62.18%.83.2% young women approved of the premarital sexual behavior and it was decided jointly by both male and female was 66.37%.70.17% young women thank that abortion had great influence on human health,29.83% of them thank it had little influence,no influence or not considered.The reasons for this pregnancy were non-contraceptive use（31.51%）,safe period contraception（20.78%）,vitro sperm ejection（14.84%）,invalidity of emergency contraceptive（19.63%）,the break of condom（2.28%） and forgetting to take contraceptive（10.96%）.25.34% of them used contraception method every time,60.50% not usually and 14.16% never.The protection of sexual behavior and the consciousness of self-protection were obviously insufficient in age group younger than 20 years.The knowledge of contraception was mainly from magazine,classmate,friend internet and school.Conclusion：These results indicate an urgent need to develop sexual moral education and education about sexual concept,contraception knowledge and AIDS/STD prevention among youngsters,through enhancing perception about the risks of sexually transmitted diseases and unwanted abortion,so that to reduce or postpone premarital sexual behavior and harm of unwanted abortion.
