洛汀新治疗高血压的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察洛汀新治疗高血压的疗效。方法:80例高血压患者经询问病史、体检检查及实验室检查确诊为高血压1～2级,随机分为治疗组与对照组各40例,对照组给予口服硝苯地平缓释片30mg,每日1次;治疗组给予口服洛汀新10.0mg,每日1次,服药2周后降压效果不佳,增至20mg,每日1次,总疗程4周。对治疗前、后两组间临床资料及疗效进行比较。结果:治疗组降压效果优于对照组(P<0.05),实验室检查的胆固醇、甘油三脂、血糖、尿素氮、肌酐的调节明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:洛汀新是治疗高血压较为理想的药物,值得临床应用推广。Objective：To observe the effect of lotensin on hypertension.Methods：A total of 80 cases diagnosed as grade 1-2 hypertension according to Guidelines for Hypertension Treatment made in 2004,and confirmed by interrogation,physical examination,and lab tests.These patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group by half.Cases in control group were treated with nifedipine retard tablets 30 mg once a day for 4 weeks,while the treatment group received lotensin 10 mg once a day,with the dosage increasing into 20 mg if no significant effect was presented.The effects before and after treatment were compared between two groups.Results：The treatment group showed more effective results（P0.05）,with more significant regulatory effect on cholesterine,glycerine,blood glucose,urea nitrogen and creatinine（P0.05）.Conclusions：Lotensin is a ideal option for hypertension,and is worthy clinic application.
