摘　　要：目的:探讨针刺治疗中枢性呃逆的临床疗效。方法:118例中枢性呃逆患者随机分为针刺组及对照组,针刺组采用针刺穴位进行治疗,对照组采用一般常规方法进行治疗,对比两组治疗效果。结果:针刺组治愈率(83.8%)、总有效率(97.0%)均明显高于对照组(16.0%、42.0%),差异有统计学意义(P均<0.01)。结论:针刺治疗中枢性呃逆疗效满意,具有推广价值。Objective：To investigate the effects of acupuncture on central hiccup.Methods：A total of 118 cases were randomly divided into acupuncture group and control group.The acupuncture group was treated with acupuncture,The lontrol group was treated with routine treatment and therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results：Cure rate and total effective rate of the acupuncture group was 83.81% and 97.0%,both were significant higher than that of the control（16.0%,42.0%）（P0.01）.Conclusion：Acupuncture is effective on central hiccup with satisfactory outcomes,and is worth application in large scale.
