摘 要:目的:探讨射频热凝臭氧治疗椎间盘源性颈椎病的临床疗效。方法:120例经临床和影像检查确认为椎间盘源性颈椎病患者随机分为观察组与对照组,每组60例,观察组采用臭氧+射频热凝治疗,对照组采用臭氧治疗,比较两组治疗效果及疼痛变化情况。结果:治疗后观察组优良率(98.33%)明显高于对照组(85.00%);两组治疗后视觉模拟评分(VAS)均明显低于治疗前(P<0.05),观察组VAS明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:经臭氧消融术加靶点射频治疗盘源性颈椎病较单纯臭氧治疗效果更显著,经皮臭氧消融术加靶点射频治疗盘源性颈椎病是一种有效的治疗方法,值得临床推广应用。Objective: To explore the effect of percutaneous ozone ablation and intradiscal radiofrequency thermocoagulation on discogenic cervical syndrome. Methods: A total of 120 cases with discogenic cervical syndrome confirmed by clinical examination and imaging test were randomly divided into observation group and control group by half. The observation group was treated by combined treatment of percutaneous ozone ablation and intradiscal radiofrequency thermocoagulation, while control group was treated by only ozone. The efficacy and improvement of pain were compared. Results: Excellent and good rate in observation group (98.33%) was significantly higher than that of control group (85.00%). VAS scores were significantly improved after treatment in both groups(P〈0.05), and observation group had significantly lower score(P〈0. 05). Conclusions: Combined treatment of percutaneous ozone ablation and intradiscal radiofrequency thermocoagulation is more effective, and deserves clinical application.
