摘　　要：目的:探讨针刺联合过氧苯甲酰凝胶对女性青春期后痤疮患者的疗效及对皮脂分泌率(SER)的影响。方法:对60例女性青春期后痤疮患者采用针刺联合过氧苯甲酰凝胶治疗8周(观察组),对照组55例,单用5%过氧苯甲酰凝胶治疗8周,采用Samuelson九度分级法评定两组治疗前、后的病情情况,用改良的周氏直接称重法检测患者的SER,对两组治疗效果及SER进行比较。结果:观察组总有效率(92.3%)明显高于对照组(76.6%)(P<0.01);治疗后观察组平均病情级别[(3.12±2.01)度]较治疗前[(7.23±1.89)度]及对照组治疗后[(6.46±1.11)度]明显降低(P<0.01),治疗后SER[(0.83±0.05)μg.cm-2.min-1]亦较治疗前[(1.45±0.71)μg.cm-2.min-1]及对照组治疗后[(1.20±0.14)μg.cm-2.min-1]明显下降(P<0.01)。随访结果观察组复发率低。结论:针刺联合过氧苯甲酰凝胶临床治疗女性青春期后痤疮能明显地降低皮脂分泌率,效果较好,可推广使用。Objective： To investigate the effect of combined treatment with acupuncture and benzoyl peroxide gel on sebum excretion rate （SER）. Methods： A total of 60 female cases in observation group with post puberty acne were treated with combined treatment with acupuncture and benzoyl peroxide gel for 8 weeks, while 55 cases in control group with 5 % benzoyl peroxide gel only. The difference in illness status before and after treatment was compared by Samuelson scale, while SER was assessed by modified Zhou direct weighting method. Results： Total efficacy in observation group was significantly higher than than in control group （92.3% vs 76.6%） （P〈0.01）. After treatment, the average illness level significantly declined compared with before treatment and control group[（3.12±2.01）vs （7.23±1.89） vs （6.46± 1. 11）（P〈0. 01）], SER was significantly lower after treatment compared with before treatment and controlgroup[（0.83±0.05） vs （1. 45±0. 71） vs （1.20±0.14）μg·cm^-2·min^-1] （P〈0.01）. Besides, follow-up showed that observation group had lower relapse rate. Conclusions： Combined treatment with acupuncture and benzoyl peroxide gel can decrease SER obviously, and has satisfactory effect on female post puberty acne. It deserves clinical application.
