摘　　要：记述了采自台湾海峡南部和厦门港软水母亚纲(Leptomedusae Haeckel,1866)柄杯螅水母科(Hebellidae Fraser,1912)一新种——有丝十盘水母(Staurodiscus cirrussp.nov.)和玛拉水母科(Malagazziidae Bouillon,1984)一新种——中华八拟杯水母(Octophialuciumsinensis sp.nov.),对其特征进行描述,模式标本保存在厦门大学海洋与环境学院.The samples of Leptomedusae were collected from the south of Taiwan Strait（21°40′ to 23°38′N,116°47′ to 118°56′E） in June 2006 and Wuyu Station of Xiamen Harbour（24°20′N,118°09′E） in August 2006.Two new species of Leptomedusae,i.e.Staurodiscus cirrus sp.nov.and Octophialucium sinensis sp.nov.are described.All type materials are deposited in College of Oceanography and Environmental Science,Xiamen University.The specific diagnoses of the two new species are as follows：Staurodiscus cirrus sp.nov.,umbrella hemispherical;stomach short,mouth with four lips;four primary radial canals with fork at near stomach,eight branches reaching ring canal;gonads upon the forked end of the radial canals;41 marginal tentacles,each with an ocellus;numerous cordyli and cirri.Octophialucium sinensis sp.nov.,umbrella plat to hemispherical;stomach middle wide,eight short lips;eight radial canals;eight oval gonads at middle of radial canals;four large tentacles with cylindrical bulbs,four middle tentacles with rhombus bulbs and 24 small tentacles with conical bulbs,all tentacles with excretory papillae without exumbrella clasps,without dark-brown at their tips;about one statocyst between each pair of tentacles.
