摘  要:研究了机械力化学效应对木聚糖酶间接脱木素效果的影响,对打浆前后马尾松浆不同酶用量处理时的脱木素效果进行了比较。研究结果表明,采用机械力化学作用酶处理时比较适合的浆料打浆度在17.5°SR左右。在酶用量为5 IU/g、打浆度为17.5°SR条件下进行酶处理,与打浆前酶处理浆及原浆相比,打浆后酶处理浆卡伯值分别降低7.8%和17.7%,得率分别降低1.6%和3.2%。通过对打浆前后酶处理浆结晶度以及电镜照片的变化分析,进一步证实了木聚糖酶间接降解木素时的机械力化学效应。Mason pine(Pinus massoniana) pulp was refined in PFI mill in order to enhance delignification ability of recombinant xylanase (X).The effect of refining on delignification with X treatment was investigated,and the delignification rates of the pulps before and after refining were compared in this paper.The results indicated that optimal refining time was 15 min.When the enzyme dosage was fixed at 5 IU/g and beating degree was 17.5°SR,the kappa number of X treated refined pulp decreased by 7.8%和17.7%;The yield decreased by 1.6% and 3.2%respectively compared with the X treated unrefined pulp and original pulp.The SEM images and cellulose crystallinity determination of the pulps further proved the effect of mechanochemistry on indirect delignification with X.The research result offered the theoretical foundation for wide application of mechanochemical effect.
