疏水性丙烯酸树脂纸张防水剂的制备与应用

摘　　要：以丙烯酸丁酯、丙烯酸异辛酯、苯乙烯等为主要单体制备了纸张防水剂,利用红外光谱和激光粒度仪对合成聚合物进行表征。通过浆内施胶研究了防水剂用量、助留剂用量、打浆度、停留时间等对纸张防水性能的影响,用渗透法和接触角法对纸张的防水性能进行测试,并对纸张进行SEM电镜分析。结果表明,纸张具有优异的防水性能。The waterproof agent for paper was prepared by using butyl acrylate,issoctyl acrylate,styrene as the main monomers,the synthetic polymer was characterized by FT-IR and laser diffraction particle size analyzer.The effect of the waterproof agent dosage,dosage of the retention aid,beating degree of the pulp,retention time on waterproof property of the paper was studied by internal sizing,and the paper waterproof properties were tested with infiltration method and contact angle method.Finally,the paper was analyzed by SEM.The results showed that the paper has excellent water-repellent properties.
