摘  要:研制了一种新型改性水溶性酚醛树脂,用于增强机油滤纸,探讨了浸渍、固化等加工工艺对浸渍增强滤纸力学性能的影响,并分析了浸渍滤纸的耐机油性能。研究结果表明,浸渍滤纸力学性能得到明显改善,上胶量为20%时其耐破度可达350 kPa、弯曲(7.5°)挺度3.55 mN·m、抗张强度6.22 kN/m;浸泡机油后耐破度保持率为44%;该树脂游离醛含量小于1%,较以往水溶性酚醛树脂增强滤纸的综合性能有更进一步提高,已经达到进口产品水平。This paper relates to the manufacture of a new kind of modified water-soluble phenolic resin which is applied to oil filter paper for the strength enhancement.The influence of impregnation and curing technology on mechanical performance of the impregnated oil filter paper and oil resistance of the paper were studied.The results show that after being impregnated the mechanical properties of the filter paper have obviously improved.The mullen of the impregnated filter paper whose solid loading is approximately 20%can achieve 350 kPa,its stiffness is 3.55 mN·m and its tensile strength is 6.22 kN/m.The burst strength retention rate of the filter paper which has been soaked in oil is up to 44%.Also the content of resin's dissociated aldehyde is less than 1%and the comprehensive performance of the impregnated paper is improved compared with the one enhanced by previous water-soluble phenolic resins,and already reaches the level of imports.
