摘 要:系统研究了在白水循环条件下白水中的荧光增白剂对浆料与填料留着的影响。结果表明,在CPAM/膨润土二元助留系统下,加入一定量荧光增白剂时,随着白水循环次数的增加,系统留着率急剧降低。与二元助留系统相比,在CPAM/膨润土/有机微粒三元助留系统下,有机微粒能抵抗荧光增白剂对系统留着产生的不利影响,其中,带负电荷的有机微粒比带正电荷的有机微粒更能抵抗荧光增白剂对系统留着产生的不利影响。Recendy,with the increasing application of recycled fibers,lots of fluorescent whitening agents(FWA) have been widely used to improve the brightness of paper sheets.Consequently,the residual FWA in white water can be accumulated and has some effect on the pulp properties and filler retention when white water circulation is applied.In this paper,the effect of the residual FWA in white water under white water circulation on retention was studied.The results showed that,in the dual retention system of CPAM and bentonite,when adding a certain amount of fluorescent whitening agent,the pulp and filler retention sharply decrease under white water circulation.But in the triple retention system of CPAM,bentonite and organic microparticle,the negative effect of fluorescent whitening agent on retention can be minimized by adding organic microparticle,and the organic microparticle with negative charge is better than that with positive charge in improving the pulp and filler retention.
