摘  要:以厌氧活性污泥为接种体构建铁氰化钾阴极微生物燃料电池(MFC),并对造纸废水的降解及产电效果进行研究。结果表明,使用葡萄糖接种146 h后,MFC成功启动,并产生了360 mV的电压;以造纸废水为底物的MFC经过160 h的运行,最大功率密度为14.2 mW/m^2,废水COD_(Cr)去除率达到60.2%。制浆废水可作为MFC的底物,在产电的同时得到有效降解,这为低能耗处理造纸废水提供了新途径。A ferricyanide-cathode Microbial Fuel Cell(MFC),using anaerobic activated sludge as inoculums,was constructed to investigate the papermaking wastewater biodegradation and electricity generation.The results showed that after inoculations with glucose for 146 h,MFC starts up successfully and generates a voltage of 360 mV;After 160 h operation using papermaking wastewater as sole fuel,the maximal power density of 14.2 mW/m is obtained and the COD_(Cr) removal rate reaches 60.2%simultaneously.Papermaking wastewater can be used as the sole fuel in MFC for biodegradation with simultaneous electricity generation,which offer a novel method for low-cost papermaking wastewater treatment.
