低碳经济背景下循环农业发展模式的创新应用——以安徽为例

摘　　要：近年来,全国各地在加大农业结构调整的同时,积极发展农业循环经济,初步形成了一批循环型农业模式和技术体系。然而,随着"低碳经济"的提出,循环农业在目前运行的环境下,并不能充分实现"低碳经济"的内涵和要求。以安徽省为案例,对现有循环农业发展模式进行调查研究,并在对其进行分析和评价的基础上,创造性地提出循环农业模式与主体功能区相结合的崭新理念和运作方式。在不同的功能区内选择和创新使用不同的循环农业模式,必将为低碳经济的建设作出更大的贡献。In recent years,local governments across the country enhanced the adjustment of agricultural structure.Meanwhile,they also actively developed the agricultural circular economy,and formed a preliminary of circular agriculture model and technology system.However,with the proposition of low carbon economy,circular agriculture cannot achieve the connotation and requirement of low carbon economy under the current environment.The paper regarded Anhui Province as a case to investigate,analyzed and evaluated the development modes of circular agriculture,and creatively proposed a brand new idea and ways of operating that combined circular agriculture modes with development priority zones.
