摘 要:目的了解大学生童年期不同类型性虐待的发生情况,探讨不同类型性虐待经历对大学生不良心理的影响。方法使用自填式问卷,对某医科大学1 386名大学生以自愿、无记名方式调查其小学及以下阶段8项性虐待经历,同时使用相应的量表调查当前大学焦虑、抑郁、消极应对和自尊等。结果大学生童年期非接触性性虐待发生率为20.5%,接触性性虐待发生率为7.6%。童年期各类性虐待的发生频率在不同性别、父母文化程度、学习成绩中分布差异均有统计学意义(P值均<0.05)。抑郁、焦虑、消极应对得分均随着不同类型性虐待每年发生频率的增加而增加,自尊量表得分的趋势则相反,差异均有统计学意义(P值均<0.05)。结论儿童性虐待在我国并非少见,对青少年心理行为以及生活均产生严重影响。Objective To survey the occurrence of different style of childhood sexual abuse among adult students and analyze the correlation between psychiatric disorder and childhood sexual abuse.Methods Totally 1 386 respondents substantially completed surveys.They were asked on 8 retrospective questions about childhood sexual abuse,as well as questions on depression,anxiety,negative coping style and self-esteem.Results Of respondents,20.5% reported ever having had non-physical contact sexual abuse,the rate of physical contact sexual abuse was 7.6%.The frequencies of each type of childhood sexual abuse were significant different in different genders,different mother’s education backgrounds,different father’s education backgrounds and different grades(P〈0.05).The scores of depression,anxiety,negative coping style were increased with the frequencies of each type of childhood sexual abuses,but the score of self-esteem were on the contrary(P〈0.05).Conclusion Childhood sexual abuse among students is not rare,and associated with poor mental health.
