摘 要:目的检测肥胖倾向(D IO)、肥胖抵抗和对照小鼠高脂饮食后性腺、睾丸精子数量和活动度变化以及睾丸氧化和抗氧化指标,探讨氧化应激与肥胖引起生殖功能低下的关系。方法小鼠高脂膳食19周,分离睾丸、附睾和精囊腺,并称重,采用生化方法检测睾丸氧化抗氧化指标。结果实验19周末,D IO组小鼠睾丸和附睾系数显著低于对照组小鼠;D IO小鼠的精子活动度显著低于对照组小鼠;实验19周末,D IO小鼠的丙二醛(MDA)、谷胱甘肽(GSH)水平高于对照小鼠(P值均<0.05),D IO-R小鼠的丙二醛(MDA)水平高于对照小鼠(P<0.05),其他指标变化未见差异。结论长期肥胖可能影响小鼠生殖器官的发育,影响小鼠精液品质。肥胖小鼠睾丸氧化应激可能与肥胖引起雄性生殖功能下降有一定的关系。Objective To study the relationship between oxidative stress and reproductive dysfunction caused by obesity. Methods Highfat diet was given in 19 w. Testis, epididymis, and seminal vesicles were isolated and weighed. Oxidative indices were detected by biochemical methods. Results In 19w, the testis and epididymis of DIO mice were significantly lower than the control mice. Sperm activity of DIO mice was significantly lower than control mice. The level of malondialdehyde (MDA) , glutathione ( GSH ) of DIO mice were higher than the control mice ( P 〈 0.05 ). The level of malondialdehyde ( MDA ) of DIO mice were higher than the control mice(P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Obesity can affect the development of reproductive organs in mice, and affect sperm quality in mice. There is relationship between oxidative stress and reproductive dysfunction caused by obesity .
