Velocity distribution characteristics of air through fabric air dispersion system in penetration mode

摘  要:基于多孔介质模型建立了渗透式纤维空气分布系统的计算流体动力学(CFD)仿真模型,通过数值模拟和实验测试对比分析了渗透送风时纤维空气分布系统内部空腔区域及表面空气流动特性.结果表明:送风时空腔内部空气流速呈辐射状向四周衰减,沿垂直于纤维壁面的方向向外扩散,然后向下方聚集流动;两侧空气流速低于下方区域的空气流速,且沿管长方向空气流速分布均匀;空气在纤维结构层的微孔隙中的流动状态属于非达西流.The porous medium model was employed to set up a simulated model using computer fluid dynamic(CFD)method for a fabric air dispersion system(FADS)in penetration mode.Airflow characteristics in the cavity and on the surface of a FADS was studied numerically and experimentally when air was supplied by FADS.The results show that the velocity of airflow decreases radially from the central zone to the surrounding zone,and disperses out through tiny-sized pores in the direction perpendicular to the porous fiber,and then assembles to the bottom zone.In addition,the air on the bilateral zone flows at a lower velocity than that near the bottom zones of FADS,and the air close to the FADS is evenly distributed along the length direction.Furthermore,the airflow within fiber pores is in the non-Darcy flow state.
