摘 要:为了解决凸极转子无刷直流电机的转子位置估计问题,提出一种新的无位置传感器控制方法.在每一个脉宽调制周期的开通区间和关断区间的中间时刻分别对电机非导通相的瞬时端电压进行采样,用两次采样的差值与逆变器直流侧中点电压相比较来获得电机反电动势过零点,将获得的反电动势过零点延时30°(电角度)即为电机的换相时刻.采样时刻确定及过零点获取均通过软件编程实现,实验结果验证了该方法的有效性.A novel positionless sensor control method was presented to estimate rotor positions of salient-pole brushless direct current motor(BLDCM).The terminal voltage of floating phase was sampled twice during the mid-point of PWM-on interval and PWM-off interval in a PWM cycle,and zero-crossing points of back electromotive force were detected by comparing the voltage difference of the two sample data of floating phase with voltage at midpoint in DC link.The commutation signal was obtained by lagging the back electromotive force(BEMF)zero-crossing point 30°electrical degree.The sampling location and the detection of zero-crossing points(ZCPs)of BEMF were achieved by programming.The validity of the method was verified by experiments.
