摘 要:采用紫外吸收光谱和红外光谱分析法,研究了低温氧漂活化剂四乙酰乙二胺(TAED)对温度和酸碱度的稳定性。TAED水溶液在温度30~95℃下稳定性好;在酸性条件下稳定,在碱性条件下易水解,碱浓度越高,水解程度越大。碱性条件下,TAED的水解反应与活化双氧水的反应为:中碱性(pH值11~12)条件下,从30℃升温至50℃的前10 min内,水解反应速率很快;弱碱性(pH值8~10)条件下,从30℃升温至70℃的前20 min内,活化反应速率很快。不同pH值下棉针织布的漂白试验结果表明,双氧水/TAED活化体系的初始pH值控制在8左右能获得很好的漂白效果。The stability of the low-temperature oxidation bleach activator tetraacetylethylennedianime (TAED) under different temperature and pH value was investigated by FT-IR and UV spectral analysis. Aqueous solution of TAED was stable at the temperature of 30 ~95℃ the stability of TAED was better in the acidic solution than in the alkaline solution; the degree of its hydrolysis became greater with the increased concentration of alkali. The hydrolysis of TAED and its activation to hydrogen per- oxide were researched under alkaline condition. The hydrolysis in the medium alkaline condition was carried out quickly within the former lOmin from 30 ℃ to 50 ℃. The rate of activating reaction was fast under weak alkaline condition within the former 20min from 30 ℃ to 70 ℃. The bleaching result of cotton knitgoods under different pH value indicated that the hydrogen perox- ide/TAED activating system can obtain excellent bleaching effect when the initial pH value maintained about 8.
