摘  要:采用新型的低碱短流程前处理配方和工艺对涤棉混纺织物进行前处理,并与传统工艺进行比较。通过单因素试验分析了环保精练剂HB101、双氧水、水玻璃、硫酸亚铁和促进剂BF104等助剂用量对涤棉织物半成品退浆率、毛效、白度和断裂强力等指标的影响。优化的前处理处方为:精练剂HB101 6 g/L,双氧水14g/L,硫酸亚铁60 mg/L,水玻璃2g/L,促进剂BF104 20 g/L。该工艺前处理的效果与传统工艺接近,退浆率可达90%以上,毛效达9 cm/30 min,白度>91,相比传统工艺可省去多道工序,低碱且节能节水。A new shortened pretreatment processing formula with lower alkali was developed and used in the pretreatment of polyester-cotton blends, and was compared with the traditional process. The effects of concentration of scouring agent HBIOI, hydrogen peroxide, sodium silicate, ferrous sulfate, accelerant B FI04 on desizing percentage, capillary effect, whiteness and breaking strength of the semi-finished products were analyzed by single factor test. The result showded that the optional pre- treatment condition was HBIO1 6 g/L, hydrogen peroxide 14 g/L, FeSO4 60 mg/L, ferrous sulfate 2 g/L, accelerant BF104 20 g/L. Under this condition, the effects of the treated fabric were close to those of the traditional process with desizing rate more than 90%, capillary effect 9 cm/30 rain and whiteness higher than 91. The new pretreatment process had the advantages of short procedures, lower usage of alkali, saved energy and water compared to traditional process.
