摘　　要：针对棉和天丝纱线染色性能的差异,试验了染料用量、染色温度、盐和碱用量以及固色时间等工艺因素对棉天丝交织物Everzol ED活性染料染色同色性的影响。通过正交试验,优化了染深色工艺。在染料用量3%～8%,染色温度80℃,盐用量100g/L,碱用量20g/L,固色时间75 min的工艺条件下对棉天丝交织物染深色,能得到良好的同色性及较高的色牢度。The effects of dyeing temperature, dosage of salt and alkali, fixing time on union dyeing of cotton/Tencel mixed fab- ric were discussed. The optimum dyeing process of deep shade cotton/Tencel mixed fabric with Everzol ED reactive dyes was determined through orthogonal experiments. The results indicated that the mixed fabric had good union dyeing and high color fastness when dyeing under temperature 80 ℃,salt 100 g/L, alkali 20 g/L and fixing time 75 min.
