摘 要:以煤系高岭土为原料,经煅烧工艺处理,与氢氧化钠溶液水热合成静态饱和吸水量超过32.0%的NaX分子筛。采用单因素条件实验,考察了胶化温度、晶化时间、晶种投加量和碱投加量R对合成NaX分子筛的影响。通过静态水吸附测定、XRD、IR和SEM等测试手段对NaX分子筛晶体生长规律进行了讨论。发现最佳的实验条件为:合成液在65℃下胶化3h,然后在100℃下晶化时间24h,晶种投加量为2%和碱投加量R[n(Na2O)/n(Al2O3)]控制在5.125,此时合成的NaX分子筛的静态饱和吸水量为33.19%。NaX zeolite was successfully synthesized by hydrothermal method using coal-series kaolin as a combined source for silica and the static water absorption ratio of the NaX zeolite was above 32.0%.The synthesis conditions of NaX zeolite such as glue temperature,crystallization time,dosage of seed crystal and concentration of alkalinity were studied by the single factor method.The growth rule of NaX zeolite was discussed according to static water absorption,XRD,IR and SEM.The NaX zeolite was obtained under the optimum conditions:glue temperature was 65℃ and glue time was 3h,the crystallization temperature was 100℃ and the crystallization time was 24h,the dosage of alkalinity R[n(Na2O)/n(Al2O3)] was 5.125,the dosage of seed crystal was 2 wt%,and the static water absorption ratio of the product of NaX zeolite was 33.19%.
