摘 要:以KCl为钾源,新疆某地所产膨润土为钾肥的缓释载体制备出了膨润土缓释钾肥,研究了单位质量膨润土对K+的吸附量与膨润土中加入KCl的比例之间的关系及吸速率,得出了K+吸附量最大时的膨润土∶KCl比值。在此基础上,用pH值与大气降雨相似的溶液对饱和吸附了K+的膨润土缓释肥进行解吸,研究其缓释效果。结果表明,膨润土对K+的最大吸附量为21.4mg/g,对K+的吸附速率快,最佳吸附时间为10min左右,将0.5g的膨润土缓释钾肥加入到50mLpH值为5.5的水中进行解吸,膨润土中K+的残留量随解吸时间的延长而缓慢减少,在24h时K+的残留率为43%。Use KCl as potassium source and bentonite in Xinjiang as slow-release material,bentonite slow-release fertilizer of potassium was prepared.The relation between the unit mass adsorption amount of bentonite for K+ and the adding ratio of KCl to bentonite were studied.Moreover,we studied the adsorption rate and work out the ratio of bentonite to KCl when the adsorption quantity of K+ in bentonite was maximum.Based on this,bentonite slow-release fertilizer of potassium that maximum adsorption quantity of K+ was desorbed by solution which has similar pH to rainfall and the slow-releasing effect was studied.The results demonstrated that the maximum adsorption capacity was 21.4 mg/g,bentonite had a rapid adsorption rate for K+,the optimum adsorption time was about 10 min.When 0.5 g bentonite slow-release fertilizer of potassium was put in 50 mL water which pH was 5.5,the retention rate of K+ has decreased slowly as time went on,when 24 h the remaining percentage was 43 %.
