摘 要:以丙烯酸、沸石、纤维素等为原料,用水溶液交联共聚法合成了超强吸水树脂。研究了纤维素与单体的配比、交联剂用量、沸石添加量及中和度对吸水倍率的影响,探讨了复合材料的保水性,用红外光谱表征复合材料的结构。结果表明:沸石在聚合物中能较好分散,复合材料吸水倍率达547.3g/g,对生理盐水溶液的吸水倍率达91.4g/g。其保水性能良好。With acrylic acid,zeolite,cellulose and etc as raw materials,super absorb water resin were synthesized by using a method of water solution cross-linked polymerization.The influences such as the ratio of cellulose over monomer,the amount of initiator and crosslinker,the amount of zeolite added and neutralization degree were also discussed and the water retention of composite materials was explored.The structure was characterized by IR.The results showed that zeolite was well dispersed in the composite,the resin could absorb 547.3 g/g running water or 91.4 g/g NaCl saline solution [w(NaCl)=0.9%].The composite had a good retention performance.
