摘 要:目前水电站的油罐防腐仍然沿用20世纪80、90年代的技术,即油罐内壁涂S54-1白聚氨酯耐涂料两道,油罐外壁以H06-14环氧漆打底,外涂H04-1灰色环氧磁漆两道。这种防腐技术效果一般,且没有考虑油罐内壁防腐漆的导静电性能要求。通过借鉴石化行业油罐防腐的经验,推荐了一套适用于水电站油罐防腐要求的新技术——水电站油罐内壁的底漆采用环氧富锌防腐蚀涂料,面漆可采用浅色的环氧类或聚氨酯类等导静电防腐蚀涂料,油罐外壁底漆采用环氧漆打底,外涂灰色环氧磁漆两道。The present anti-corrosion technology of oil tanks in hydropower stations can not meet the requirements of electro-static-conducting of oil tanks.Many new electro-static-conducting coatings are used in the anti-corrosion construction of oil tanks in petrochemical industry and excellent effects have been gained with the development of anti-corrosion technology.We give an anti-corrosion technology which is appropriate for oil tanks in hydropower stations by reference of the anti-corrosion technology in petrochemical industry.On the internal wall of oil tanks,the epoxy zinc-rich anti-corrosion coating is used as primer and epoxy or PU electro-static-conducting coating is used as surface coating.On the external wall of oil tanks,epoxy is adopted as primer and the gray epoxy enamel is adopted as surface coating.
