摘　　要：通过淮北棉区棉花的发展现状及原因分析,结合中国当前棉花发展的整体情况,提出只有走增加复种指数之路,因地制宜地推广短季棉,由两熟向多熟发展,从单作到间套复种等方法来突破棉花生产的瓶颈。The recent development of halogen-free and phosphorus-free flame retardant epoxy resin material was reviewed in this paper.The flame retardant mechanism and the development and status of flame retardants were presented.Researches on new types of environmentally friendly flame-retarded epoxy resin containing silicon or nitrogen were discussed in detail;and the prospect of development was forecasted.
