摘 要:采用XRD、DTA及MIP等微观测试手段研究了磷渣对高贝利特水泥强度和水化性能的影响。结果表明,磷渣掺入后,高贝利特水泥的强度随磷渣掺量的增大而降低,早期下降幅度较大,后期下降幅度明显减缓;抗折强度的降低幅度较抗压强度小;高贝利特水泥的水化热显著降低;水泥浆体中的Ca(OH)2含量明显降低,浆体早期的微观结构和孔结构均比未掺磷渣的高贝利特水泥浆体差,但后期浆体的孔径分布明显优于未掺磷渣的高贝利特水泥浆体。Effect of phosphorus slag on strength and hydration properties of high belite cement was studied by X-ray diffraction,differential thermal analysis,and mercury intrusion porosimetry. The results show that the strength of high belite cement decreases with increasing of phosphorus slag amount. The reducing range at early stage is very high,but significantly slows down late. Moreover,the reducing range of flexural strength is lower than that of compressive strength. The hydrated heat of the high belite cement decreases significantly. The content of hydroxide in cement paste with phosphorus slag obviously decreases. The early mierostrueture and pore structure of paste with phosphorus slag are poorer than paste of high belite cement without phosphorus slag, but pore distribution of the former at late stage is more optimal than the latter.
