摘　　要：开发合成了不含铬盐和酚醛树脂的水溶性树脂,采用不同粒径的无机粒子,使其在体系中达到50%的比例充当涂层的主体。通过有机物、无机物、助剂三者的优化组合及工艺设计,实现有机组分和无机组分之间的很好结合,功能互补。开发的涂层既能保持无机涂层的耐热性能,耐FranKlin烧损试验,又具有较好的柔韧性和铺展性,且能增强涂层的冲剪性能。应用实验结果表明,0151水溶性半无机硅钢片漆用于冲片的涂层片间绝缘电阻达到9 999 MΩ,FranKlin烧损试验最大泄露电流值为0.053 9 A,其他各项性能均与国外某公司进口漆性能水平相当,完全能满足大中型发电设备的技术要求和生产需要。A water-soluble resin without chromium compound and phenolic resin was synthesized in which different sizes of inorganic particles reach a content of 50% in the system and used as the coating base.Through an optimized combination of organic compound,inorganic substance and additive and design of a process, the organic and inorganic compounds can be bound well and a functional complement be generated.The developed coating has the heat-resistant property of inorganic coating;it is FranKlin burning loss-resistant and has great flexibility and spreadability and can improve the punching shear property.Application experiments show that the insulation resistance between pressing chips coated with 0151 water-soluble semi-organic silicon steel sheet varnish reaches 9 999 MΩ;the maximum leaking current of FranKlin burning loss test is 0.053 9 A;other performance is equivalent to a varnish imported from a foreign company.
