摘　　要：介绍一种新型夹芯式保温屋面板的组成材料、构造形式及成型工艺。通过试验研究了该屋面板的保温性能、力学性能和耐久性能,并与传统屋面做法进行造价分析比较。新型夹芯式保温屋面板具有良好的综合性能,同时可以提高施工工效、减轻结构自重、改善建筑物的防水性和安全性,降低屋面的综合造价,具有很好的应用前景。This paper introduces the materlals,conformation and craft of a new pattern sandwiched thermal insulation roof panel, investigates its thermal insulation performance, mechanics capability and durability by experiments, and compares the construction cost of this roof panel with that of traditional one. The new pattern sandwiched thermal insulation roof panel has excellent comprehensive performance,can promote construction efficiency, ease deadweight, improve waterproof and security, reduce comprehensive cost of roof, has a well application perspective.
