摘  要:采用单一频率介电检测技术测量绝缘纸板微水分,通过分析频率及温度对电容传感器检测信号的影响,研究绝缘纸板的介电极化和介电损耗原理,提出频率和温度对电信号影响的理论模型,利用绝缘纸板介电常数与水分含量的函数关系实现绝缘纸板微水分含量的在线检测。A single frequency dielectric spectrum detection technology was applied to measure the trace moisture content of pressboard. Through analyzing the influence of frequency and tempera- ture on the detecting signals of pressboard was studied. Then a capacitor sensor, the principle theoretical model was proposed of dielectric polarization and loss of to represent the effect of frequency and temperature on electric signals. An expression relating permittivity and moisture content was suggested to calculate the moisture concentration in the drying process of pressboard.
