中药复方治疗牛病毒性腹泻效果观察

摘　　要：以清热燥湿、凉血解毒、泻火止痢为组方原则研制中药复方,观察其对牛病毒性腹泻的治疗效果。选择河北省邢台地区某奶牛场的腹泻成年牛、犊牛各80头为治疗对象。试验犊牛、成年牛均随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组用中药方剂煎汤灌服,犊牛100 g/次～150 g/次,成年牛300 g/次～500 g/次,每天1次～2次,连用3 d～5 d。对照组,犊牛、成年牛按牛场常规使用病毒唑配合庆大霉素治疗方法给药。试验结果表明,中药复方对犊牛腹泻有效率为90%,治愈率为70%;对成年病例有效率为95%,治愈率为75%。中药复方治疗牛病毒性腹泻效果较好。Chinese herbal compound was developed according to formulating principles of cleaving heat and drying dampness,cooling blood and detoxifying,purging fire and stopping diarrhea and its efficacy for bovine viral diarrhea was observed.80 calves and 80 cows of bovine viral diarrhea from Hebei,Xingtai were divided into treatment groups and control groups,respectively.The treatment groups were gavaged with Chinese herbal compound decoction,100 g/calf-150 g/calf at a time,300 g/cow-500 g/cow at a time,1-2 times a day for 3-5 days.The control groups were cured by ribavirin combined with gentamicin.Result showed that effective rate of Chinese herbal compound for calf diarrhea was 90% and cure rate was 70%.The effective rate of Chinese herbal compound for cow diarrhea was 95% and cure rate was 75%.Chinese herbal compound for bovine viral diarrhea is available.
