摘　　要：对模具结构中的动、定模结构、卡扣结构、推出机构进行了分析和设计,应用Pro/E外挂EMX5.0对模具零件及模架进行了设计和选择,并对模具工作过程进行了详细介绍。实践证明:模具运行灵活可靠,取得了良好的经济效益。An injection mould for a decorative cap of automobile auxiliary console was developed.The moving and fixed half structure,the snap structure and stripping mechanism were studied and the mould parts and base were designed by the Pro / E plug-in EMX5.0.Finally,the operation principle of the mould was illuminated.
