摘  要:烷基铝(R3Al)与简便易得的碱金属氢化物生成的杂合物是苯乙烯高温本体聚合的有效引发剂,特别对于R3Al/NaH是价廉的无烷基锂定量引发苯乙烯负离子聚合的引发体系。当NaH用量稍大于R3Al时,使每个原始NaH分子生成1个聚苯乙烯链。添加四氢呋喃后,即使[Al]/[Na](摩尔比)值大于1也能得到活性聚合体系。这种引发体系在经济上的优势引起负离子聚合工业界的关注。The heterocomplexes formed from the reaction between alkylaluminum(R3Al) and easy-to-get alkali metal hydride were a kind of available initiator for styrene bulk polymerization at high temperature,among them R3Al/NaH was an alkyllithium free and cheep systems,which was able to quantitatively initiate styrene anionic polymerization.When NaH was slightly more than R3Al in quantity,each initial NaH molecule only initiated and yielded one polystyrene chain.With tetrahydrofuran as additive,it was possible to get active polymerization system even though /(mole ratio) was higher than 1.0.The economic advantage of the intiator systems attracted more and more attention of all producers in anionic polymerization industry.
