摘  要:分析了加氢反应器主体材料2.25Cr-1Mo-0.25V钢板的化学成分及其焊接特点,介绍了2.25Cr-1Mo-0.25V复合钢板制加氢反应器的焊接结构设计、焊接工艺、质量控制措施以及热处理工艺,焊后反应器主体焊缝一次探伤合格率为98.5%,质量良好。The welding characteristics and chemical composition of hydrogenation reactor with main material 2.25Cr-1Mo-0.25V clad steel plate was analyzed.Furthermore,the structure design of the welding joint,the welding procedure,the weld quality control and the heating processing of them was introduced.It was proved that the welding quality of hydrogenation reactor was excellent,for the 98.5 percent of the acceptable rate through the X-ray detection of the main welding joint.
